The Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club welcomes you to our year 2007 website.  FSRC is an RRCA member and a non-profit organization.  We're located in beautiful Frederick County, Maryland USA.

Racing
Grand Prix Series Rules We also provide Race Management and Finish Line Support services to any organization wishing to sponsor a race - see Club Officers for specific contact persons.

Training

Volunteering
We can always use volunteers at races, or for the web site in gathering/inputting & emailing race results, etc. if this sounds like fun then go to the race schedule and call one of the race directors.

Visiting the Frederick Area
Please feel free to join us at a weekend training run or race.  To find a place to stay just click here and have a pleasant stay at any of the establishments listed.  After your run, enjoy some of Maryland's best restaurants, antiques, and just plain friendly people in the best small town "Downtown" in the good ole USA..
