training or fun relays follow.
- Group training runs: various distances, paces, places and times!
-
Money -- Yeah, we know, money talks. Want something to show for your $20 investment?
- Free Races! There are
about 5 local races per year that FSRC members can run for
free! These typically include: The Lewis Run 10-Miler,
the Run for Pie, the Covered Bridge Run, and more! Run a
few of these and the Steeplechasers might as well be paying you to join!

the next best thing! We've secured discounts for running in any
of the distance events at the Frederick and Baltimore Running
Festivals!
- Equipment discounts - save money on running shoes, gear, and accessories at If the Shoe Fits in Frederick.

- Just see what's going on or jump right into the lively talks and
banter on various running (or non-running) topics! Anyone can view the discussions, but only Steeplechasers can post!

are always posting their training plans, whether they are for short
jogs around Baker Park , 20-mile marathon training runs along the
C&O Canal, or any distance in between! Fast, slow, long,
short, hilly, flat, road or trail -- you name it we've got somebody
running it!
