March Happy Hour: Don’t Be a Grouch!

We’re back to Frederick for the March Happy Hour and checking out a new place, Oscar’s Alehouse. Several members have been in and shared that have A LOT of taps, as well as wine and cocktails. Great food, happy hour specials and a Cheers-like atmosphere.
So, don’t be a grouch and come to happy hour!!
