Summer Decathlon 200m

The 2026 Summer Decathlon Series! All FSRC members are welcome to join in the fun of races on the Frederick High School track. The events are held at 6:30 p m every Wednesday from May 27 through July 29. Runners of all speeds and experience are invited to join in the fun. This family friendly series follows the same format each week…a 1600 meter untimed warm up run, a timed and scored decathlon event (200 meters to 2 miles), a 100 meter kids fun run, and relay to help you get in a bonus workout. There is plenty of parking and bathrooms available. This is another perk of being an FSRC member…it’s free!

6:45 – Decathlon Event #9 –200 m
7:00 – Kids Mini Run
7:05 – The Gutbuster!!! 4 runners – each runs 5 X 400
